Wait Time: Once your purchase a date, you will receive an email with the link to fill out the homework (please check your spam folder!). You will lose your date if your homework is not completed two weeks prior to your start date. While I may start on your design on a certain week, you may not receive any previews from me for 3 or 4 days. The header previews take the longest for me to design. I teach four days a week and am a wife and mom, so my designs happen around these demands. Sometimes I start on Monday, and other times I’m not able to start your design until Friday.
Communication: All communication is through e-mail. It is very important for you to check your e-mail frequently during the design process. Please reply within 24 hours so that your design can be completed in a timely manner. If it is time to start your design, and I do not hear back from you, you will lose your date.
Refunds: Once I begin your design, only a partial refund is available. This will be determined based on the amount of work that has been done.
•Custom Designs-I am happy to make revisions during the design process. Extensive revisions and/or color palette changes will incur an additional fee. Once your blog is installed, only minor revisions will be made (changing the color of links, font for your post title, etc.) Major design changes (colors/fonts/graphics) after installation will incur an additional design fee as each graphic would have to be remade and reinstalled.
*It is important to check links and graphics immediately. Revisions requested after 30 days will incur an additional fee.
You may not: Alter the design (change background, alter header, etc.), change fonts, add design elements, share design elements, or remove design credit. Terms of design are subject to change.
